Pelatron’s Primary Capabilities

Pelatron Quality Assurance Plan (QAP)

Pelatron strictly adheres to our QAP to control quality and manage productivity. The plan requires:

Utilizing this plan, Pelatron identifies essential tasks that are needed to control the quality of contract execution. Two key components of the QAP are: first, developing a list of activities required to control quality as outlined by the PWS with emphasis placed on industrial safety standards, inspection program and records management; and second, creating a schedule of these activities into a quality control timeline.

In addition, Pelatron uses a software-based management control system to monitor and control program cost and schedules. This performance management system objectively measures and compares cost and schedule technical progress rather than rely on subjective judgments. The Pelatron Program Manager and Task Lead(s) can identify and control cost and schedule deviations before they become problems. This approach allows Pelatron to transform risk data into decision-support information to mitigate risk.
